The National Adult Baseball Association is the premier adult baseball organization, with leagues and tournaments across the country. Here in Rochester, Adult HARDBALL Players have been enjoying NABA Baseball for the last 15 years! By the time the upstate NY weather breaks in May, our 20 teams will be ready to take the field. Divided into two age levels (18+ and 28+), our 300+ players range from hot-shot college players to Father-Son combos enjoying the great game of BASEBALL together.
Rochester Elite All Heat is the hottest all-star cheerleading program in Rochester. We have teams for all ages and levels, beginning with age 3 all the way to adults.
