Our House of God has served the Rochester community for over eighty years. Since its founding in 1915, the Temple has experienced steady growth. The Synagogue is committed to serving our congregation's religious, social, and cultural needs.
Bordered on the north by Lake Ontario, south by the Pennsylvania border, west by the Diocese of Buffalo and east by the Diocese of Syracuse, the Diocese of Rochester serves 12 counties with a Catholic population of more than 360,000 people.
The Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Spirit is located at 835 South Ave. It serves parishioners from the greater Monroe County Area, including campus ministries at the University of Rochester, RIT and other area colleges and universities. It is a parish within the Greek Orthdox Archdiocese of America.
