A not-for profit educational organization that has been organizing, promoting, presenting and encouraging folk music in Rochester since 1971. Activities include concerts, a newsletter, a lending library, a musician's reference service, workshops, and an annual folk festival.
This website is intended to acquaint musicians and music educators with the Rochester NY area in anticipation of The National Conference of the American Orff-Schulwerk Association which will be held in Rochester, NY in November 2000.
The Rochester Patriots are a year-round youth performing arts organization. The Patriots sponsor the Independent World Patriots Winter Guard, the Drum Corps International Div II World Champions, Patriots Drum Corps, a winter percussion ensemble and a winter brass ensemble.Members range in age from 14-21.

Life Works Theatre, Inc. is a not-for-profit theater troupe. All of our performances are comprised of original work in the form of scenes, monologues, poetry, and improvisation. We use a combination of comedy and drama to address social and life skills as topics to adult audiences. Each performance is tailored to meet the needs of the audience.
