  Rochester, NY wedding photographer Paul Van Hoy II received his MFA in Fine Art Photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In 2007 Paul won the Grand Prize in Microsoft's International 'Future Pro' Contest. Also, in 2007, Creative Quaterly recognized Paul as their 'Photographer of the Year' (full article in issue #10). American Photographer Magazine recently profiled Paul's MFA Thesis Series 'Bystander' (full article in March 08 issue).
